Configuring Chat+ on Port 3002

I created Chat+ using port 3002, I am able to bring up the site from my home successfully (see attached) because my IP is white listed on the server, but I can't get the site to come up form anywhere else. Feel free to try it from your end at:  chat.naperlist.com:3002 

Is there something I need to configure on the server or via WHM to get port 3002 working ?

It looks like you have some firewall installed on your server, most probably it's CSF (ConfigServer Security&Firewall). Please try to check you WHM > Plugins section for the firewall configuration.
