Required: A good knowledge in using Cpanel, Phpmyadmin and FTP (Filezilla). BACKUP dolphin file and database before doing this tricks.
We usually like to upgrade our Dolphin script from lower version to latest and some modules need upgrades too, would be a patch from author / uninstall old / reinstall new. So this is your trick.
**Key is to completely remove old module version first.
Useful when you try to uninstall 3rd party modules but give you db error or blank screen so you cannot upgrade or reinstall new version of the mod.
Lets Start:
1. Go check the module directory using FTP or C panel file manger and locate directory
(This screenshot is only for sample purposes only)
2.) Open the file and check db prefix (screenshot)
3.) Se this 'db_prefix' => 'bx_ads',
We only need this ---> bx_ads

NOW DELETE ALL OCCURRENCE. This will completely remove the problematic module....
