Comments and Chat NOT Working after BV2

After upgrade I didn't notice but it appears the comments and chat are no longer working.  Does the upgrade change settings I am not aware of? It was working before but not now.  Any thoughts would be appreciated...

Had Simple Messenger version 2.0.1 to 7.0.9 Esase installed on dolphin

Done B2 update 7.0.1 does not work and uninstalled by adm.

When I try to delete I get this error message.

Important to know who deleted the files module in Cpanel, but he remains in adm / modules.

Simple messenger 1.0 is Cpanel files but does not appear in adm / modules.

Then tell me why they give us upgrade packs if does not work? Or are you guys doing everything wrong?

also, on the upload photo page, select "Shoot" and you get the popup to allow access to your cam, except when you approve, the screen switches to "Screenshot" then only will upload black/blank image.

This particular line causes problems:

With firebug I noticed that this width extends to 90px everytime I hover over the stars to the right. I kind of need it to be 200px

MY issue was with the permissions for a membership it was not set to comment!!!
