Yes, I've noticed the same thing - thank you Mayki.
I know TinyMCE is not native to Dolphin but just wondering, is it possible to get all it's little quirks tweaked out - particularly those with html blocks?
...also, since I'm putting in my wish list. Is it possible to enhance Dolphin so we don't have to make so many daggon clear cache, clear cache again, clear history, shut-down restore browser etc.?
I could be doing something wrong, but sometimes I have to go through quite a bit just to get my CSS changes to take effect. Between that an getting around the gzip loader and still being able to find my CSS (it's like it reverts back to previous display/code), seems like I'm doing more than necessary to make simple changes - seems like it shouldn't be that entailed.
I still stand by review, however, that from everything I can determine so far, Dolphin stands up to all its claims of power and simplicity - which is very rare among web platforms (at least from my limited experience [have only tested a few]). The biggest hurdle seems to be getting past some of the bugs and quirks. If we could enhance Dolphin so users did not need a mastery of certain skills such as PHP (I know we should all probably already know it, but some of us are still learning it [which is part of the appeal and attraction of Dolphin - you can build a high-end site even if you don't have all the high-end knowledge). So if we could enhance Dolphin so those routine [or maybe advanced but yet common] tasks could be handled in a much more streamlined manner [absent of bugs and quirks, or in-depth knowledge to work around] it would go a long ways towards users going further faster and raising Dolphin's star even higher in the stratosphere of web platforms.
One more thing while we're at it - we've kind of got this already but not really - but if we could have some type of dedicated thread designed specifically and solely for common quirks, bugs and work-arounds. Maybe a start here first, or check here regarding. The only info in this thread or forum would be common quirks bugs etc., a thorough but concise fix (if one exist), and notification if there is no fix. This would greatly increase efficiency for both users and expert users. The basic, and advanced but common, inquiries would go away for the most part and novices and experts could spend time working through more esoteric and unique challenges.
BTW: if considered, this thread/forum should be prominently posted [even advertised as a feature] in multiple Boonex areas, so it is difficult to miss. Users could go there first, look up there problem or one similar and resolve the issue without ever having to engage the more experienced users.
...Just a few helpful comments. A number of experts have been very helpful to me, and so if I can help Dolphin or some other users I'd like to do so.
Thank you
