Moreover, I don't see any error in error.log. How to fix this?

New issue

if using UNI template, I see cometchat bar

if using EVO template, I no see cometchat bar and yet insert into evo template and still nothing (clearing cache doesn't do a damn thing either)

How to fix this?

After calling it a night. Now cometchat bar is magically appeared. It may have to do with browser cache.

I have Red5 installed, logged into cometchat admin and go to plugins>AV Chat Settings

Connect URL:

I have tried a few different url such as :5080/avchat and rtmp:// but to no avail. What is the proper input?

I gave up using Red5 and switched to webRTC three days ago. And, evidently, not looking back! Thanks for trying to help. I managed to customised web theme and desktop apps which is well on its way.

For Chrome, If you attempt to clear history/cache... it won't work. Preferences>Content Settings>Microphone/Camera... Ask when a site requires access to your microphone/camera. However, it still "bypass" permission because after first accepting audio/video, it stored allows in Browser's Preferences>Content Settings>Microphone/Camera>Manage exceptions. If remove, it will ask again.

For Opera, same as Chrome... it still remembers but if you clear browser's history/cookie manual... it works and will ask again.

For Firefox, I have mine set to clear history/cookie every time I close browser. Ask me every time. WINNER!
