CometChat always shows users offline

Hello,

I use CometChat for my website's online chatting feature, and it always shows users offline, even when I am chatting with them live. Has anyone else run into this issue before?

Check your config.php file in cometchat...Make sure the database is correct. Sounds like issue in database.

If all else fails reinstall cometchat
