Classifieds for members & non-members

Can anyone think of a way to have two sets of classifieds.  One that is completely public and can be viewed by anyone, and the other that can only be viewed by members.

You can:

1. Enhance current Ads functional, to have both - and public and private cases

2. Make Ads full copy of files :) and change sources of this copies to work on another SQL tables,

so make Ads2 :) and make it just as closed
