Classifieds?

Can we costomize classifieds?

i am planning to create a classified only using user inuput details.

Ex:i am attaching image here.

if any one can guide or create this it will be grate help.

im really new to Dolphin. i know html only.

You (or if you will decide to hire any expert) will need to add more fields for classifieds.
It will not very cheap work, but of course - possible.
