Once a member has registered can they sell their downloadable goods throught this website/software to the community?

Only as modification only :)  this is not standard functional

Thanks AndreyP, so I guess the next questions is how is this accomplished and is there a module or plugin that is available? And If so where I can find it?

Possible at expertzzz, but not sure that at this moment present any such mod with really safe functional.
