ChatPlus installation instructions

For now we have instructions for Ubuntu and Apache:

Hi Alex. Just to be clear:

1. is a separate server required for the Chat+ server?
2. do you run the Apache ProxyPass and ProxyPassReverse on that server or as it's own Apache virtualhost on the DolphinPro server?

1. You can install it on the same server. If you want to have several chats on the the same server you need to run them on different ports.

2. Instruction for ProxyPass and ProxyPassReverse are for the same server where Apache is running. 

But if you want to run it on the separate server it is possible too.

A howto für CentOS+Nginx would be nice ;)

#HowToInstallChat  on Ubuntu+nginx would also be appreciated.
