Chat is not working it give loading icon

check your RMS

Were i can found the RMS

Admin Panel > Modules> Flash Apps the click Settings. You will need the check the Use RMS and have the RMS IP address and Ports for the chat to work. If you host your own RMS server, you should know this, if not, then contact your hosting and hope they supply RMS :)

When i go to admin>module and click flash app then it says not installed. So i think RMS is not installed on our server. So i think i need to contact my hosting and ask them to install RMS.

I did try that test and it is responding me success. But in admin under module>flash app it is showing me "Not install".

Even i set the permission of ffmpeg.exe to 777.

Apart from this do i need to set other permission please let me know.

Have tried setting all the permissions to 666 and we are still getting the same problem

That new Java Security exploit, did not allow any of my Flash to load, like Video, Sound, Polls or Chats.. maybe look into that as well...
