Chat bar at bottom of pages

i have a issue where the chat bar at the bottom of the site you can click the tabs like friends online and so on try it at www.weshareunited.com please help.....

If your signed into your site you will see the member menu bar.

If you not logged in there in no bar.

If that is not the problem please provide a screenshot, your site is fine.

You should also try to re-install the Chat module, if there is any further an issue let us know

also could you create a demo account for us to test your site. most techs here will not sign up to test your site, just a suggestion.
