We got Chat+ installed and paid Nathan to help with the SSL so SSL is installed and working. I noticed the video conferencing not working in mobile, but works fine on the computer in all browsers. WEB RTC does not even call anyone. I even tried using different STUN servers. It just goes into a state like its in a call, but no prompts or anything in any browser. I tested it with my wife and our site managers to check multiple machines. I passed the WebRTC check for my computer at least. The Live Chat is not working neither. It connects and everything is set in Dolphin and RocketChat. It says its enabled, but when I go to paste the code in any of my pages it gives an invalid code error, "Unexpected token < livechat.js:1" The same error is present in Dolphin when I enable the Help Desk Chat. I have the code in our radio page and separate knowledgebase. I am wondering if this is maybe related and may be a port or DNS issue. Figured Id ask in case others had a similar issue with these things. Everything else works beautifully, SSL and all. |
Try to check the problem on demo.boonex.com, also make sure that you are using the latest CHat+ server.
Please note that video calling isn't working in Safari browser.

I followed the instructions here-> https://github.com/boonex/dolphin.pro/wiki/ChatPlus-Installation-Instructions-%28CentOS-with-Apache%29 , four days ago so should be up to date I hope . I am starting to wonder if it could be DNS or port. Will check the demo site when I get home and see if there are any differences :) |
Checking from work 0.0 I shouldn't be, but noticed on my LiveChat options unlike yours mine does not show Livechat allowed domains. I mean it still showed the correct url in embed though, but yeah seems like my settings look a little different then yours. If you can look at those instructions on https://github.com/boonex/dolphin.pro/wiki/ChatPlus-Installation-Instructions-%28CentOS-with-Apache%29 for me and maybe the version it had me downloading is wrong that I installed 0.0 |
I checked the version and i'm 45 your 59.1 is there an updated link for me to upgrade from the 45 for Centos 6 64BIT. |
So I guess I need to upgrade. it is just beyond me why it didn't do the latest when I installed using the GitHub URL listed. Does anyone have a link to how to update without omitted information. Like I looked at this one https://github.com/boonex/dolphin.pro/wiki/ChatPlus-Upgrade, but I have no idea what they eman by the example.sh 0.0 |
So I did the upgrade and figured it out. Web RTC works now, but now errors like Stream.error [31mStream broadcast from 'undefined:3000' to 'localhost:3000' with name notify-user not authorized
in which I am showing 5 instances running and have no idea what is going on from this point. Web RTC is now working. However, I still have apple users who can not connect using Iphone or Ipad. I keep having more problems lol.

OK fixed the stream error thank goodnexx, but still the multiple instances issue which doesnt seem to be affecting anything. So peopleknow it seems WEBRTC and Jitsi are not working on IOS or Android. |
Thank you for letting know about your resilt.
WebRTC audio/video isn't fully supported by Apple, so it isn't working on iOS for now.
