Chat Modification

I am wondering if it is possible to change any of the chat room? 
For example the "help" button shows alot of information, Is there anyway to edit which information is in this section? 
Also the background, I have a black template installed with a black flash apps mod, Is is possible to place an image inside the chat room, I mean as if to give the lobby a background...?

you can place images into the chat room backgrounds using the chatroom watermark module. It works very well and makes a real difference. It is avaliable in the market under rayz modules.

If you have adobe flash editing software you can also load the flash files for chat into it, change the entire look and feel and then export it an load it as your chat.

Problem is - no matter how you dress it up, it will always be the rubbish dolphin chat module....
