Chat - Logged Users cannot Access Chat

ok here goes the best description i can give of this one. its actually part of the rant where i made some assertion that files were changed, when in fact there was no evidence of the files changing.

so here it goes, and from a better view point this time. i am not pissed off.

Fresh install of Dolphin 7 or Migrated Dolphin makes no difference has happened in both instances.

Flash Apps AV Chat does not load for logged in members

Flash Apps AV Chat will load for non-members

Flash Apps AV Chat will load for the admin on the admin panel

spent quite a few hours trying to figure this one out, and the information that was provided to me by rayz is that there is some reason the url is not being processed correctly and the users profile image is causing the flash app to halt loading.

now i know others have faced this same problem. before anybody asks

very familiar with ports

very familiar with permission settings

very familiar with all features and functionalities of an installation ( this is sporadic behavior does not happen every install, also will not clear out if you uninstall the mods.)

I'm having this same issue with a number of members on my site..

 I know you have checked this but for me, the fix was the ports. They had been assigned properly but not opened within the firewall. The chat worked perfectly for me because my IP was approved, but wouldn't work for anyone else.

Time period in minutes within which a member is considered to be online:   try with 5-10
it worked on some sites
