Chat Loading.. Never loads

Hi, the chat will say "loading" but never actually loads… do you know what this issue may be?

It is no longer on invite only.. you should be able to test it now.

Haven't checked your site but something tells me that you have RMS enabled but RMS is not started, or not configured correctly. If you disable RMS, or configure it correctly, it most likely will work (don't forget the firewall!)

You need to upgrade your site.

Have you enabled RMS in the flash panel?

I am not sure about RMS.. I am not familiar.. In the "Flash Apps" section of the modules it just says not installed... Can you advise me on how to check RMS

 In the flash app panel, click the video player, settings. 

It is set to off for default, so if you don't know where the settings are at, there is no need to wonder if it is a problem.

We can test using my RMS.

RMS is a separate service, usually provided by your host.
