Chat Doesn't Work

For whatever reason, my chat doesn't work on my website.  I am still testing my site, but I have noticed that even after 30 minutes of waiting, chat doesn't seem to load.

Any suggestions?

What may be causing a delay?  I appreciate you taking the time to read my post.  Thanks.

Two options:

1. Go in admin under modules -> Flash Apps -> settings and uncheck "use rms"

or

2. Install RMS on your server and configure the flash apps to the correct IP and port.

One more and probably the one you want to check is the RMS server has stopped. You may have to SSH into your server to the /ray folder (if that's where it was installed) and restart it by running this command

./run_daemon.sh

@ mscott, I have unchecked RMS.  Looks like I was still unsuccessful in fixing the issue.  As for your other option, I do not really understand:

2. Install RMS on your server and configure the flash apps to the correct IP and port.

@ I am not good with SSH at all.  Worried to screw something up.

Please see print screen attached which shows the settings for the flash app.  Idk if it is going to help or not.

Thanks.

@ Geminix, I was advised by my hosting service to break down what RMS means/stand for so that they may troubleshoot.  Still having issues and they chat still doesn't work.
