Chat+ Any improvements ?

Couple questions about Chat+ >
1. Does anyone know if any improvements have been done to Chat+ on D7.3.2 ? If so, what are they ?
2. I created one {General Chat Room} and do not want my members to create any additional rooms, is this doable ? if so, how ?

 After you log into the rocket chat admin  click on permissions on the left side column

deselect:

create-c   = Permission to create a public channel.

create-d   = no clue what this is... 

create-p   = Permission to create a private group.

You can check all the items from v.0.20 to v.0.35 to see all the improvements. Also we additionally added Dolphin login button customizations options.

Alex do you know what the Create-d  stands for ?
