Chat Admin Error!!!

I tried to log in into the admin f chat app and get the following error of flash 9 player

TypeError: Error #1009: No se puede acceder a una propiedad o a un método de una referencia a un objeto nulo.

and then the application stays Loading forever!!!

Can anyone help!??! Please
