In the "Basic Settings" on Admin, It says:
Show members on index page => random or latest or top members
(if enabled in the template)

I have it set to random but I always see "Latest". However, in the setting above, it says (if enabled in the template) - I think that is my problem, but I can seem to find what "template" I need to enable.
I'd appreciate any input you can provide. Thank you.
