Changing the Front Page message...How can I do this

Hi anyone,

I am new to the Dolphin and could use a bit of help....

My site is www.ministryjuction.com 

I would like to change the Front page message that currently says "Welcome to the Community"

How can I change this to say what I would like? Is there somewhere in the admin panel I can do this?
