Changing background color and header background

Hello, 

I will like to know the best way to change my overall background color from the default image to something like just a simple color like #ffffff and also the header background would like  to change it from transparent to a color of my choice. Thank you.

background image is found in templates/tmpl_evo/images

there are 2, for different responsive sizes. need to change both

header colour is in 2 places,

top half

tmpl_evo/css/general.css

look for

/*--- Logo Section ---*/
div.sys_main_logo {

bottom half is in

tmpl_evo/css/top_menu.css

/*--- Main Menu Section ---*/
div.sys_main_menu {

make sure to clear dolphin cache (admin/tools)then also browser cache.

may need to refresh browser a few times to show.
