Changing an Existing Page

I want to change the layout of the Events section of our site.  How can I modify the page? I don't see the page in the Builders section of the admin panel.

Is there a simple way to get pages to show up in the Builders?

Or is it easier to modify the code by hand?  If so, which file(s) do I edit to modify the page(s) behind the menu links like Events?

What about the Events page?  Or any other page that is not listed in the default Page Builder list?
