Changing Top Header

Hello. I am pretty new to Dolphin. I want to edit top header section of Dolphin that contains Join Now and Member Login. Rather than those links I want to place a search box and login form there. Which file do I need to edit to achieve this or is there any tool at admin panel to edit those section to add html elements?
