Changing CSS

Greetings -

My dilemma is not how to changes things around D6, but rather where to find things..

My app version is D6.1.6

I have 2 questions:

1. When you login, you see on top right of the site: "Hello UserName" - I’d like to change the color of “Hello UserName” but I don’t know which CSS I need to modify?

Please note I was able to change the word “Logout” color at this CSS: templates\tmpl_uni\css\anchor.css

but, I couldn’t see where I can change the color of “Hello UserName”..

2. I’d like to add sections of “Latest Videos” and “Latest Music” on my front page. Is that something I can do via the Admin Panel? if so, what settings I need to change?

Please advice. Any input would greatly appreciated!

Install Firebug add on to your Firefox browser.  Then go to your site & right click on the section you want to change or the specific item.  It will show the css file path & line # of where to make the change your looking for.  Play with the colors first in the browser until you get what you want and then go to the files in the server to make it perm.
