Changing "Be The Gift You Bring"

I can't find where to change the text "Be The Gift You Bring" can someone please direct me to the file where this one is located at?

You will need to spend a bit of time wandering through your Admin Dashboard to learn about the things you can and can't do. That's where most goodies are hidden.

/Admin/Dashboard/Item one under Initiall Steps (sic): 1. Change the site logo to your own here 

This is where you can change your logo and the splash screen containing the slogan.

You will bee a bit of HTML knowledge for the latter, or you can just delete the image.
