Change tinymce to plain text only in messages?

Hi everyone,

Is it possible to only allow plain text when sending internal messages in Dolphin.  For example, when I create a new message, it loads the standard tinymce toolbar.  I would like to not load the toolbar at all & prevent rich text from being copied into the message.  Is this possible?

I have been trying to do this for a long, time, but without any joy.

Anyone have an idea how to do it?
