Change nickname to a different field?

I want to keep the nickname field for the user login, however when someone searches for all members I would like it to display the field I created called FullName instead of NickName. How would I go about doing this?

Well then "fullname" is just another field for them to search.  Should be easy, however the Dolphin 6.1 search functions do not work properly.  See this link for more information: http://www.boonex.com/unity/forums/?action=goto&topic_id=Don-t-understand-how-Dolphin-search-functions-work
