how can i change the upload limit on file size for videos, it says only up to 2 MB on video, i want to make that 100 MB per video. Thanks

Go to your control panel, select plugins and go to your Ray Suite. Make sure all your featured plugins such as video player, etc are registered. Then go into settings in Video Player and you can change the size specs to what you'd like. Easiest way to do it.
