Change Link in header

The header and footer on the dolphin site.  I have a friend inviter software that I would like to put the hyper link it Invite Friends instead of the generic boonex one.  Not sure what to change out though if it is a string or html.

never mind I found the answer I was looking for it is in the _header.html and _footer.html this is the code I endded up with hope this helps someone else out.
