Captcha Image no show D7

There is no captcha image shown on registration page of D7.

I do have no problem when I use old version. Anyone can help to solve the problem.

Sounds like a GD processing problem. Try going into your Admin Panel> Settings> Advanced Settings> Variables. Remove the checkmark from "Use GD library for image processing". Click save and then try again.
