Captcha?

My eyes are just about to pop out trying to figure studio end locations of items? Can anyone tell me where/how to enable captcha and add more lines to join page?

1) studio > settings > security:

reCAPTCHA public private key

2) studio > forms > Persons (or Organizations) > click on "5 displays" > click on "N fields" for "Add Person" row > add fields here by clicking on "Add New Field" > enable added fields and drag it to the desired position
