Cant upload videos or music

Hello everyone I hope someone can help me with this problem.

First I installed dolphin free version and the videos and music worked fine. So then I purchased the license and installed the no ads version and it all works but the videos and music uploads I get a file error 603  at end of the upload I think so i got to my server logs and here is the problem it reports.

File does not exist: /home/myuser/public_html/404.shtml

/home/myuser/public_html/crossdomain.xml

It seems to be a crossdomain. xml Error.

Thanks for any help Laughing

Never heard of the 603 error. 403 is forbidden access, the script is looking for crossdomain.xml in public_html like yoursite.com/crossdomain.xml You sure it's not a 404 maybe...document not found?

Copy yoursite.com/ray/crossdomain.xml to yoursite.com/crossdomain.xml keep the original in the ray folder too. There is some reference in the script somewhere it's expecting the file in public_html too.

This will make the 40x document not found error go away, but I've never seen it cause videos or music to error out an upload, but there is always a first.

I don't think this is the problem, but it's worth a try and will make the 403/404 error go away anyway.

That file is inside the ray folder you can copy it to root ot add a rewrite rule for that in .htaccess file.

Your crossdomain.xml error is unrelated to your upload problem. Copying that file to your root dir is good though.

There are most likely more errors you are not seeing if you are not logged in as root.

Right now, we are having issues with the ad free video player on ad free dolphin. We can only upload 1 file to the system.
