Cant See Link to upgrade membership

i got myt membership levels and fees to work fine now

NOW ...

I CREATED A DUMMY USER ACCOUNT ..... AND WHILE SURFING AROUND I SAW A LINK THAT SAID "MY mEMBERSHIPS" ..... I LOGGED OUT THEN LOGGED BACK IN

NOW I DO NOT SEE THE LINK YO UPGRADE MEMBERSHIP LEVELS

PLEASE HELP
