 I tried to send a YouTube video in the mass mailer to my members, but unsuccessful?! When I composed the email in the admin and clicked on preview I could see the video was being embedded in the email, but after I had sent the email it did not show up in the recipient's email?! Include a link to the YouTube video that you wish the members to see. Besides, if members have html email turned off, they won't see html code in the first place. Geeks, making the world a better place |

Yes, it may well depend on the email provider the member is using and the email client. I have not tried to send a youtube video, which of course is just embedding the link to the video, to me. I use thunderbird as my client but it may be that the email provider would strip out certain code for spam or security/viruses before the email is allowed to pass through the mail server.
