Cannot load the ionCube PHP Loader

Would someone please help.  I have been struggling to get my videos to upload, and I finally got my cron job installed correctly but this is the message I get:

Cannot load the ionCube PHP Loader - it was built with configuration 2.2.0, whereas running engine is API220090626,NTS
Zend Optimizer requires Zend Engine API version 220060519.
The Zend Engine API version 220090626 which is installed, is newer.
Contact Zend Technologies at http://www.zend.com/

for a later version of Zend Optimizer.

Mp3's load just fine.  I just need instructions on how to fix.  I have gone to zend.com - but it is confusing and I do not know where to load?  Is there possibly some code I can change to make the videos work.

thanks in advance.

This error isn't Dolphin related.. it's normally caused when PHP is upgraded.

If it's a VPS/Dedicated here's how to fix it:

If it's shared hosting your host will have to fix it.

Hi

Check if there is a local php.ini file in the same directory where your dolphin script is installed. If there is, then try to rename it to something else.

If the issue persists, you may contact your host for further assistance on that matter.

Best Regards

Thank you all for your help.  I am on a shared server so I sent the info you gave me to my host and they tried adding the php.ini file and renaming it but it did not work.  Now they are referring me back to the 'script maker' because they do not know how to resolve for me.

I am wondering if the problem could be the location of my files which are not in the public.html folder with the other sites I have but before that with the backed up files.  The site works fine online, but perhaps this is causing the problem.  Also do you know if I instal a later version of dolphin will this eliminate this problem.

thanks in advance.

LOL. That is so funny. Considering it not related to dolphin, so it's not a scripting issue. It's a hosting issue.

So you have a host that cannot resolve their own problems. That is a very good indication you need to find a new host. One that actually knows what they are doing.

I was about to say the same thing but I decided I'm going to institute a new one post per problem rule. If the person doesn't believe me the 1st time I'm just going to move on, lol. Ok this is my second post in this thread so I've already broken my new rule.

My solution was correct, your host is a little lost.
