Cannot Upload in photo gallery

Hiiz guyz need sum help ic annot upload pictures in the photo gallery. i have set my account to promotion user to which i have assigned unlimited uploads in photo gallery. but it always shows met hat ur out of ur upload limit. what should i do plz help.

You can clean 'Table: MemActionsTrack' that clean all track of all memberships .. and after check again
