Cannot Update Page Builder in Builders

When trying to update a "html block" in Page Builder - I get this message

" WARNING CANNOT OPEN PAGE VIEW CACHE FILE IN INC/DBCACHED/PAGEVIEW.INC FOR WRITE"

Any ideas how to fix?

I fixed the problem.  The permissions were not set correctly.  So if anyone runs into same problem, confirm your "permissions"

I am having this issue.  Tried resetting the permissions and it didn't work.  Cache is empty.  Ideas?  Thanks in advance.

Make sure the folder inc/db_cached has 777 permission.

Also, make sure all the files inside has 666 permission(except .htaccess if available).
