Candy crush for Dolphin

We need a game like this for Dolphin.. wouldn’t even mind the game itself to let my members play against each other for score.. any ideas?

To get a unique gane for dolphin the developer would have to have to develop the game with something like lacewing, then host it on a server, then maintain it and keep developing to keep it interesting..... I honestly do not think there is enough cash involved for the dev to make it happen.

It is something that i have looked into doing. I have even spoken to some experts in lacewing which is what a multiplayer online game would probably need, and played with a few concepts...

It would be possible for the dev to make some cash both selling the game to you guys and by selling extra lives etc (ala candy crush). But so few dolphin sites have so few members that business would be terminally slow.

yeah i got all the game modules you can buy,, but i want a social interactive game.. i would kill for something like farmville,, but this candy crush game seems to be ruling the world right now.. dont ask me why i have never even seen it before

 First off not sure if you are talking to me,, but if you are I would have no problems dropping 100 grand for a on level competing game.. but what you are saying here is not even really on topic with the post.. I dont want in the gaming market and money, Social gaming is trending very hard right now and would like to give the option to my site members. So it is not like I'm asking for a game to be marketable and produce on its own. I just want what the other social networks have! .. Even if that just ment integrating CandyCrush with Dolphin in some way,, id be completely happy with that!

Far as stupid ladies and their time.. My site has an average of 30 people or more who chat no less than 17 hours everyday.. and I am not exaggerating, out of that 30 I'd say 13 are Female... YOU DONT EVEN WANNA KNOW WHAT THAT 13 ARE WILLING TO DO UPON REQUEST!.. so getting them hooked on so stupid game where you pop water balloons or something might actually save their souls!

I just want a social game,, one that encourages people to play daily or their crops will die, or chickens wont produce eggs, or weed plants wont bud.. or so they can pop more bubbles than their aunt Betsy!

 Looking how to integrate for member play now. If someone else gets there first please share! 

Not sure if this helps with trying to get is to keep Scores in Dolphin, but if you play the .swf file locally on your PC, after you complete a Level is displays Score Data and tries to link back to this path in my Browser http://index.php/?act=Arcade&do=newscore

Maybe WebMediaServices could chime in here and help us out, his Game Zone saves Scores in Dolphin.

someone gets this game to integrate with the sites far as scores and such and I have no problem paying up.. just show me it working and tell me where to paypal the money to... not to mention I,m sure this would sell like wildfire in the market!

OK, I've got it put into Game Zone and it's saving Scores to the gz_activity Table in the Database, the only problem is it doesn't record the game # to the gameid field, if I edit it manually in SQL, the Score shows up in Game Zone. Not sure where I've gone wrong or what I am missing. Anyone?

 Yeah, I'm a little lost on the problem. Was hoping maybe WebMediaSevices would chime in here and give us a little help.

 You're prolly gonna need to shoot Ramon a message....I don't think he hangs out here on the forums...It's been a pretty good while since anything new has happened with Game Zone or Video Zone really. But certainly he would know if anyone, what ya need to do :)

I have also added the game to my game-zone which has gone fine BUT I cannot get scores saved or passed onto the gamezone itself ...

I have mailed the developer of gamezone with hope he can tell us what we need to do ...

I did make txt file for the game in gamedata folder as I noticed this for many of the other games using the following but it's not worked:

Last I spoke to Ramon, he was working on redeveloping the Video Zone. I think I have an email on how to add games to the GameZone from way back when. I will see if it mentions the process in detail. Would be a plus if it can be implemented.

You will have exactly the same game that your users can play on FB and numerous other HUGE sites....

C'mon... Be origional... What you need is a game just as addictive but unique to dolphin....

OR ... people that enjoy using my site will stick around longer and not feel the need to rush to FB or other sites to play candy crush ?!

I just think its another cool game to add to collections for other users entertainment ... already with the game being live at my site for 24hrs I have had multi people say they love it and that they didn't even know it was on FB

 I know many people sit in my chat rooms saying how much FB sucks so I am happy to provide them this game if they like it and it means they will stick around at my site more often.

I do agree some unique games would be super for dolphin BUT will people leave FB or other big sites  just to come and play one unique game? I suspect not.

 because people set in my chat and talk about playing the game  so this will just allow them to play it on my site instead of them having to go to fb to play it.. every little bit helps

I've been pretty impressed with what VZ and GZ can do and offer....I only wish I could more easily customize some things.

I wanted to bump this topic, because it has potential. I have it installed and members can play, but it does not get recorded and it throws a database error. Now, I have not worked on this much, but it would likely be easy to designate it a game number and create a score. What I would like to see is the higher levels of the games. Now many of my members play Candycrush on Facebook and it not only keeps score, but it also starts them off at the round that they have completed. Like a map of sorts. I have played it on my site and it is not close to what they play on FB. Once the timer runs out the game is over. How to get the rounds? Is this a dead topic?

Yes nice game but still a far cry from the many levels that can be performed on the real version. The other not to be mentioned social site keeps their members coming back by...what I call invested time and levels upwards to over 500 with different rounds. This version only gives 4 minutes of fun and doesnt give the chance for higher levels. I am sure there are more levels built in but there should be time added for each round completed so they can get more then four rounds in.

I did find a good replacement for it, Candy Match, site members are loving it.

Keeps high scores as well, Mochi Media game modules only..

I own a old imac. But it was out of necessity for a job i was doing at the time. That would be the only reason i ever get another apple product. For me it's the price tag. And right now i can't buy anything new. So i am certainly not going to waste what i don't have on a apple product.
