Can we Block a category by Page Access Control?

I was wondering if by any chance can we Block a category of video, photos, blogs etc by Page Access Control? It would save the admin from lot of work.

Explain blocking a category. 

 So here is the thing..I want to create a category by name of adult/18+ in videos, pictures,blogs and forums. On other hand i want to create a membership level of adult/18+ . So e.g any video which contain any adult content can be categorized as adult/18+ and due to the Page access control only members with membership level of adult/18+ will be able to view the content in that category :) This way it will save me the time of blocking the access to the content for members other than adult/18+ membership level. User will do it by them self by putting  the content into that category.

Right now i can block the /m/videos/browse/category/Fun and any member who is restricted can't browse in that category. But problem is the content in fun category is still available for that member through video home page. I want total restriction for the restricted members to videos related to fun category.
