It is hard to figure out what is wrong.  You will need someone to come in and investigate.

Did you try access the cron job directly?  Temporary disable the .htaccess file in the /periodic directory; rename it .htaccess.bak for instance.  Then point your browser to http://yourdomain.tld/periodic/cron.php.  You will see a white page since the script does not return anything.  That should allow any pending videos to process.  Once you see they are processed in the back end, they will show up in the backend as final.

Did you install the HTML5 video module in the backend?  This will load the html5 player instead of the javascript player.

Denre, (whore i host the server) say that it's because of the template.

How to install html5 instead of javascript?

They are not processing...

You add the HTML5 player by going to add and remove modules, find the HTLM5 player in the list of not installed modules, and then check it and install it.

It was installed.

I delete the whole site and again begin from zero...

That does not help to solve the problem unless their were corrupted files.  It is quite possible it was related to server configuration and if so, then the problem will just resurface.

Most problems need someone that is knowledgeable to go in and investigate.
