Can't connect to site

When I try and connect I get

" Error Title

XML Error: no element found at line 1, column 0"

Any ideas how to fix this?

Most probably your site's domain begins with "www." but your tried to enter it without "www.", or vice versa.

Please try to type site domain without "www.", or if it is already with "www." prefix try to type without it.

Another halfway job? It should be able to load the site irregardless of the www.

Not necessarily. DNS can actually be configured so the base domain points to a different server than the www version of it. I consider servers setup like that misconfigured, but i have seen it done.

This problem is already fixed for Android, will try to fix it for iPhone app too.
