Can't Create New Groups!

I installed Dolphin on Godaddy hosting, and it was working fine for a few days. Then all the sudden, members could not post New Topics. I searched around for a few days, and I "determined" the problem to be with godaddy hosting. I switched to Arvixe hoping the issue would be resolved. Set everything up, it seemed to be going great... Then again! Same thing... People cannot post New Topics. I have no idea whats going on.... I have searched a lot of forums on this site, and I have noticed that a lot of people have this issue, but I dont see any resolution. Can somebody point me in the right direction? What should I check? What could be wrong?

Thanks.

Your not providing us with enough info to help. "Can't post" is not a description if the problem.

If any error are ocuring, what are they?

Does any thing at all happen when the post button is clicked. If so, what happens.

We need details. Like describing what something looks like to a blind person. Because from our side of the forums, we are blind.

Okay, I will try to be as descriptive as possible.

A member can create a group, with no problems. When they click "new topic", nothing will happen. No error pops up, nothing at all. This problem was not happening until a couple days ago. It also happened around the same time when i was hosting at godaddy. The tech support at arvixe told me that it was an issue with the code, and to post on the dolphin forum.

website is orgazzle.com

Could it be an issue with cache?

deano92964 - You asked me to clarify... Did I not clarify enough? I would appreciate any help that you can give me....

I was hoping for some kind of error. But you said nothing happens. I have be looking around. I have no solution. So you will have to wait until someone else comes up with a idea. I have never seen that happen myself.

He has a dead link.  Me thinks he might want to check  his event.php, inc/class/BxDolEvents.php and so on files for what controls it and see why the link is dead.

I have a dead link? How would something like that happen, if I didn't make any changes? Also, how would I go about resolving this? Thanks mydatery for the insight!
