Can't Change Membership Levels

After upgrading my site to 7.0.8, I could no longer change user's membership levels.  Thinking that it might just be a bug in that version, I upgraded to 7.0.9, but the option is still not there.  If the option was moved to another location in the admin panel, could someone please tell me where it is?  I've searched for a week, though, and haven't been able to discern how to accomplish this outside of adding rows manually in my database.

Thank you in advance if you have any information that can help.

Admin>Members> Click the highlighted name of the person you want to edit, and a profile edit window opens. There you'll see "edit profile membership" (see attached image) select the name of the membership level you want, set the duration you want it to last and click start immediately then save. Tada!

Thank you so much.  Smile  Without the screenshot, I wouldn't have realized that the membership settings are in a different page block.  All I had to do was go into page builders, drag the block onto the edit page, and voila, now I can divide my members into social classes again.  Cool  I guess the update somehow moved some blocks around.  I'll have to watch for that.
