 i changed the theme of my site and trying to place back the advert, i can't even see my desktop or the lobby chat loading anymore. i dont know who are online because its not showing.
what could be the problem. i didnt do anything unusual. it was working before the installation. and it has been uninstall and installed again, it works for few minutes and go back to its previous state. what can i do? I dont know it all, so sharing is always better. |
Uninstall that template, clean the cahces of your site manually by deleting all the files in the folder /cache and /cache_public Delete all the files but DO NOT remove the .htaccess file. Contact the the creator of that template and report this issue.

i am sure is not the theme. i have been using it for a while now. i asked my hosting theme to remove one theme cos it was about two installed and i told the wrong theme. they reinstalled it back and didnt work from that moment on.
it works and stop immediately. i am still frustrated as members are online and can't even see those who are online if not my tracker I dont know it all, so sharing is always better. |

yes i did as you suggested but it snot working. i dont know what to do. my chatters are all out. its sunday and people have time to chat.
