Can only add 2 questions to Poll

Installed Poll today i found that i only can add  2 questions. Any fix?

Same here, something broke in my Firefox and not sure what it is. Can see the Plus and Minus buttons to add more answers in IE,Chrome and Safari but not my current Firefox. Ive tried un-installing Firefox and re-installing but the problem persists. The only thing Ive done lately is apply Deano's calender fix..not sure if that did it..?

This problem appears in resent Firefox 19, here is a quick temporary fix:
