Can not install Trident released 2015.12.18

I'm getting crazy here.

since I don't know how many hours I try to install Trident released 2015.12.18 and I don't get further as /install/index.php?action=site_config. It just reloads and I'm back to  /install/index.php?action=site_config.  and I do everything according to online.me Install directions.

The only Trident version I can install is the 8.0.0-DEV17 and this I can not upgrade please help :-)

I did try almost all versions RC and so on and really the only one which installs nicely is DEV17 am I nuts?

I have dedicated server with NameCheap

New version with these modules isn't released yet.

Will it be able to update the DEV17 to the new release then cos I use the DEV version where members sign up already?

No, dev version isn't upgradable. 

I am having this issue when installing the latest version (9) of trident.

I'm stucked at   /install/index.php?action=site_config.

So I tried old one (8.0.12) which I have installed by fixing the said file above but most apps are incompatible with that.

so please tell how to install new one

Please use the latest 9.0.0-B1 version.

Could you describe your problem in more details ?
