Can not add new forum

In dolphin 6.1.6 when i try to creat a new forum in a group I get a message "Can not add new forum"

I can create groups with no problems but cannot creat any new forums.

Has anyone had this problem or knows how to solve it?

I've seen this before and not sure how it gets corrected.  Is there a setting in Advanced Settings per chance that you need to click on this?  Have you tried coming in as Admin and attempting to compile the language in the forums in Groups?

I was getting an error in IE stating:

Message: Expected ';'
Line: 451
Char: 76
Code: 0
URI: http://xxx.xxx/orca/js/en/BxAdmin.js

I replaced http://xxx.xxx/orca/js/en/BxAdmin.js with the same file from the http://xxx.xxx/orca/js directory and it seems to have solved the problem.

Might help someone with a similar problem.
