Can i maintain a copy of Dolphin?

So i was thinking of maintaining a copy of Dolphin at github as open source like it is now and improve it there. As i understand the "Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License" does allow me to do that but i have to give credits to boonex which is perfectly fine for me.

Am i right about it?

so much to do....

Yes, but you must keep in mind that you have to abide by the terms of the licence.

"You may Distribute or Publicly Perform the Work only under the terms of this License. You must include a copy of, or the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) for, this License with every copy of the Work You Distribute or Publicly Perform."

So just ensure that you keep all licences and headers intact, and review the full licence.txt file.

I'll add on to what's already been said. You're indeed allowed to redistribute and make changes to Dolphin's code - that's covered under the Creative Commons license BoonEx chose. You are also required to provide attribution - so keep the BoonEx headers in files intact, don't remove any license or banner code, etc. For redistribution, specify if any changes were made.

And for work behind-the-scenes, who cares, have fun. (Sentence not endorsed by BoonEx.)
