Can Not Add NEW_ITEM

Fresh install of Dolphin

Go to admin page and fields builder

I can move the new_item in to the right spot, but it will not save or let me edit it and create a new item.

I have searched all over and can not find a similar issue.

No errors are reported.

I have tried in IE7 and Firefox, both have the same issue.

These are my system specs -

MS Server 2003 Standard v5.1 build 3790

Dolphin Ad-Free 6.1.4

Orca Ad-Free 2.0.2

PHP 5.2.6

Apache 2.2.9

MySQL 5.0.67

Thanks -

If you are saying that the field won't stay in the block, then when you drag it up there go HIGHER than the last field and it will 'lock in'  .....

Otherwise if you're wanting to create a new block then drag the "new block" up to the top row  .....

FireFox is all that will currently work with builders and some other other things  .....

Try different browsers  .....  No browser is consistent across the entire installation  .....

HOW TO SEARCH AND NOTE FOR NEW MEMBERS IN THE FORUMS   .....

Hi PurSid,

go to the profiles table in phpmyadmin - check at the bottom and see if NEW_ITEM is there, and if so delete it,  if it is not there, check the profile fields table.  This is the most likely cause of this issue.

Thanks for the help, I had seen the same answers in other posts, but I have checked the db and do not see the new_item entry.  I did discover that in the nav builder it does pop an error stating "Sorry could not insert object" and then the new_item just goes back to the inactive area.

I have now tested this function in FF 2.0.0.6 and the latest update.

Thanks -
